Bellport Historic Vessel Preserve Inc

Bellport Historic Vessel Preserve Inc is dedicated to preserving and maintaining historic vessels in Bellport. Through restoration projects and public education, they aim to keep maritime heritage alive for future generations.

Join us for a unique experience aboard Elvira, a 1906 Gill Smith racing sloop. Discover how this historic vessel gracefully sails our bay, just as she did at the beginning of the 20th century. Sailing time is approximately 2 hours, departing from and returning to Bellport Marina. No previous sailing experience is required. Please note that we may cancel on short notice due to weather or crew availability. Thank you for supporting our mission—your support is invaluable.
