10th Annual Green Sock Walk with The Black Brain Campaign

Join the Black Brain Campaign for an unforgettable evening celebrating 10 years of advancing Black mental health, healing, and community impact in Philadelphia and beyond. Since 2016, BBC has worked to eradicate the stigma surrounding mental health in Black communities by providing culturally responsive therapy, clinical training, supervision, and community-based support. Over the last decade, BBC has served nearly 8,000 clients, supported the licensure of more than 10 therapists, and built partnerships with over 80 organizations committed to equity, healing, and access. This year&rsquo;s Green Tie Gala, themed &ldquo;The Emerald Era: A Decade of Dreams,&rdquo; honors the vision, resilience, and collective support that have shaped BBC&rsquo;s journey over the last 10 years &mdash; while investing in the future of Black mental healthcare for generations to come. The evening will feature a formal sit-down dinner, awards ceremony recognizing leaders who have championed mental health in our communities, live music by Rickey the Violinist, casino games, a cigar lounge, raffle experiences, and a silent auction. As BBC celebrates this milestone year, the gala will also support the BBC Building Fund, helping move the organization closer to securing a permanent home dedicated to therapy services, clinician development, and community healing. Your ticket directly supports BBC&rsquo;s free therapy services, counseling programs, therapist training initiatives, and mental health advocacy efforts serving Philadelphia and surrounding communities.
