Support Burleson County Youth &mdash; Enter Our First-Ever Heifer Raffle! The Burleson County Saddle Club (BCSC) is celebrating 60 years of giving back to the community in 2026! For six decades, the BCSC has been proud to support the youth of Burleson County. Each year, we award scholarships to local students pursuing their education. We also proudly steward the maintenance of the Buddy and Edile Lightsey Arena, a covered facility that provides a place for individuals and organizations to work horses, host events, and bring our community together. 🎉 Our First-Ever Heifer Raffle!To help us continue supporting the youth of Burleson County, we are excited to announce our first-ever heifer raffle! 🎟️ Only 1,000 tickets will be sold, so get yours while they last!One lucky winner will receive:<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Five open black Brangus-type heifers (heifers are commercial heifers and are not registered or certified Brangus)</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Cattle may be picked up by the winner at Diamond A Ranch in Dime Box, Texas</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Hauling is available at the winner&rsquo;s expense</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Don&rsquo;t have a place to keep the cattle? No problem! The cattle can be hauled to a local auction barn, and the barn can mail the proceeds check directly to the winner.</li></ul>📸 Please note: The photo shown is for example purposes only and is not a picture of the actual animals.
