The Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association Chapter® 32-5 supports veterans through camaraderie, advocacy, and community service. They promote a positive image of veterans and engage in charitable activities to assist those in need.

Please complete this waiver to participate in the 2026 CVMA&reg; 32 State Rally Rodeo Events Your responses help us ride together safely while respecting the rules of the event and the venues that host us. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Event(s), whether as a rider, passenger,competitor, spectator, volunteer, or in any other capacity (collectively, &quot;Participant&quot;), I, the undersigned, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators, personal representatives,assigns, and next of kin, hereby agree as follows: Assumption of Risk. I acknowledge and understand that motorcycle riding and related activities,including but not limited to the Plank Ride (balancing on narrow planks or similar challenges while riding), Loudest Pipes contest (involving high-decibel exhaust systems and potential hearing or equipment risks), Piggyback Race (carrying passengers or performing tandem maneuvers), and any associated games, contests, group rides, or events, are inherently dangerous activities. These activities involve risks of serious bodily injury, permanent disability,paralysis, death, property damage, or loss, which may arise from, but are not limited to: falls, collisions, loss of control, equipment failure, negligent acts or omissions of other participants, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, traffic, alcohol consumption by others, or any other cause. I voluntarily assume all such risks, known and unknown, and accept full responsibility for my participation.Release and Waiver of Liability. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association&reg; (CVMA&reg;) Chapter 32-5, the American Legion Earl E.Mitchell Post 29 Inc., their respective officers, directors, members, volunteers, employees, agents, representatives, sponsors, event organizers, road captains, landowners, facilities, and any affiliated organizations or individuals (collectively, the &quot;Released Parties&quot;) from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including attorneys&#39; fees) arising out of or related to any injury, death, disability, or property damage that I may sustain or that may occur to me or my property as a result of my participation in the Event(s), whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.Indemnity.&nbsp;I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorneys&#39; fees) brought by or on behalf of myself, my heirs, or any third party arising from my participation in the Event(s), including claims alleging negligence by the Released Parties.&nbsp;Physical Fitness and Equipment. I certify that I am physically and mentally fit to participate, have the necessary experience and skill to operate a motorcycle safely in these activities, and that my motorcycle and any equipment (including protective gear) are in safe, roadworthy condition and comply with all applicable laws. I am responsible for my own safety and that of any passenger I carry.No Representations.&nbsp;I acknowledge that no oral representations, statements, or inducements apart from this written agreement have been made. I am not under the influence of alcohol,&nbsp;drugs, or any substance that could impair my judgment.Severability and Governing Law. If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.Binding Effect.&nbsp;This agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by Arizona law and shall be binding upon my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns. I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISK,AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT FULLY, UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

2026 CVMA® 32 State Rally Bike Rodeo Liability Waiver

Join us for the&nbsp;Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association&reg;&nbsp;Chapter 32-5&#39;s 3rd Annual Steel Horse Roundup!&nbsp; The start and end point of the poker run is The Tack Room restaurant at the Buckeye Equestrian &amp; Events Center. The restaurant opens at 8:00 a.m., an ATM is available, and vendors will be onsite all day. Join Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association&reg; Chapter 32-5 for the 2026 Steel Horse Round Up! Come out for a full day of motorcycles, camaraderie, vendors, bike games, a bike show, music, raffles, food, and fun while supporting veterans and the mission of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association&reg;. Rider preregistration: $25 Passenger preregistration: $10 Every registered rider and passenger will receive their choice of one SHRU patch or one SHRU poker chip.
