Freedom in Motion: Healing Through Footwork is more than an event&mdash;it is a sacred community gathering where movement, story, and freedom meet. Together, we honor the weight our bodies carry in the struggle for justice and the hope that keeps us stepping forward. Rooted in the principles of the Nguzo Saba&mdash;especially Collective Work &amp; Responsibility and Cooperative Economics&mdash;this experience calls us into unity, wellness, and action on behalf of Black Workers and our communities.
