Delinquent Theatre Society creates bold, thought-provoking performances that challenge societal norms and provoke dialogue. They focus on environmental issues and human experiences, using innovative storytelling to inspire change and foster community engagement.

Twenty-two years in the future, when the planet and all living creatures are increasingly ill, three women are delivering &lsquo;palliative care&rsquo; to the remaining captive bee population in an underfunded and decrepit research facility more interested in colonizing the moon than saving Earth&rsquo;s creatures. New hire Zora is suspiciously overqualified for her hive maintenance position, but finds a hopeful ally in long-time employee Pilar. When they discover an ethically dubious but highly effective method for reviving the bee population, they must hide their discovery from their corporate-minded supervisor Gwen - and wrestle with the moral implications of their work. Equal parts horror, comedy, and elegy for a sick planet, The Apiary asks us what we are willing to give up to bring hope back to hopeless times. The Apiary&rsquo;s shocking, hilarious and gruesome story will be brought to life by an internationally acclaimed creative team (Daniela Atiencia, Wladimiro Woyno Rodriguez, Merve Yoruk, Maria Zarrillo, Stefanie Infantino), a cast of indie theatre divas (Jasmine Chen, Lisa Goebel, Christine Quintana and Carmela Sison), and features a live sound design by Jessie Award-winning multidisciplinary violinist Molly MacKinnon, who will embody the bees using mesmerizing live looping and sound layering. This summer, the Apiary Collective is excited to offer a subversive dark comedy with an urgent message. We&#39;re not able to add a permanent ramp to the building, so we&#39;ve purchased a portable metal ramp. Using it requires someone to place it and put it away after use.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The building has a fenced entrance 49 inches wide, up 2 steps. The portable metal ramp (29 inches wide, 1:3.7/15&deg; slope) can be placed over the steps.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The landing is 44 inches long from the end of the ramp to the Vines Den door.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The Vines Den door opens outwards from the right side and has a clearance of 32 inches.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">There are no steps once inside the Vines Den.</li></ul>Bathroom:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;" type="disc"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The door opens outwards and has a clearance of 33 in.&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The bathroom can be accessed on a wheelchair</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The seat is 15 inches above the ground&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">There are holding bars in the bathroom&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The sink is outside the bathroom.
