DFWBMW empowers mothers through community support, mental wellness, and holistic health initiatives. They provide care packages and wellness walks to foster connection and resilience, ensuring moms feel seen and supported. Sow a seed!

Step aboard for our 3rd Annual Boat Party ⛵🎉&mdash;a night to relax, connect, and celebrate making it through the summer with these kids!!!&nbsp; This special evening supports our mission of health, wellness, and sisterhood for Black moms across DFW. Come enjoy music, movement, and conversations on the water as we pour into ourselves and each other. This isn&#39;t a sit pretty event, we HAVE FUN! We might jump in the water, we are for sure dancing, and letting our hair down!!! Reserve your spot by completing this form and joining us for an unforgettable, joy-filled ride. These packages are tangible reminders that moms are not alone and deserve care, rest, and support &mdash; especially when life feels heavy.👟 Walk Leader ProgramOur Walk Leader Program trains and supports community leaders who host wellness walks across the DFW area. Walk leaders create safe, welcoming spaces for connection, movement, and emotional check-ins, helping moms move out of isolation and into community.At the core of everything we do is a simple truth: when moms aren&rsquo;t okay, families aren&rsquo;t okay.
