This year&#39;s celebration, themed Grace in Flight: Honoring our Legacy, Uplifting Every Life, reflects both where we have been and the hope that continues to carry us forward. For 46 years, Elderhaus has been a place where dignity, purpose, and connection take wing. Each day, we witness moments of grace - when individuals rediscover confidence, when caregivers find reassurance and relief, and when a supportive community helps lift one another through life&#39;s challenges. Our ability to sustain and grow this work depends on the generosity of compassionate partners like you. We warmly invite you to support this special evening by becoming a sponsor or by making a tax-deductible donation of goods or services that highlight local businesses, professional services, and artists. your generosity helps ensure that the care we provide continues to rise to meet the needs of those we serve. Your support directly sustains specialized, compassionate care for adults living with dementia (including Alzheimer&#39;s disease), traumatic brain injury, post-stroke conditions, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson&#39;s disease, Down syndrome, autism, and other complex needs. Through Elderhaus, many individuals are able to remain living at home longer-buoyed by meaningful social engagement, routine, and the strength of an active, welcoming community. In addition to our day programs, Elderhaus proudly offers dedicated programming for Veterans and provides essential respite for caregivers and loved ones, including free community support groups. As the only nonprofit adult day program in Larimer and Weld Counties that serve individuals living with dementia, our mission is sustained by the belief that every life deserves to be honored, supported, and uplifted. Gifts of $1,500. or more are recognized as Premier Gala Sponsorships and include acknowledgment in event promotional materials.
