It can lead to infection and problems with digestion. Early signs may include feeding intolerance, a swollen belly, and changes in behavior, and it requires immediate medical care. This race is being held to raise awareness and funds for the NEC Society. We are proud to donate 15% of all proceeds to support efforts in finding a cure for necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC), a serious disease affecting infants.
