&nbsp;Pre-Order Food for GRMA Badminton Tournament 2026:&nbsp;GRMA is excited welcome you to the 2026 Badminton tournament! The event will take place on May 30th 2026 from 8:00 am onwards at Huron Heights Secondary School, Kitchener. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, participants and attendees are encouraged to pre-order lunch and afternoon snacks for the event day. We are partnering with Palm Valley to handle the food for our upcoming Badminton Tournament!&nbsp; Important Details*&nbsp;Lunch will be served at noon followed by tea and snacks in the afternoon.*&nbsp;Food availability on the event day is&nbsp;not guaranteed unless it is pre-ordered.* Pre-Orders are open for both participants and non-particpants.

&nbsp;Registration&nbsp;Instructions(Read Carefully):&nbsp;GRMA is welcoming you to the 2026 Badminton tournament. The tournament will take place on May 30th 2026 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm at Huron Heights Secondary School, Kitchener. &nbsp;Please read the conditions below before registering for the tournament. (Registration closes: May 23rd, 2026 at 11:59 PM) 1. You MUST be a GRMA member prior to registering for the tournament.2. Make sure you choose the correct/appropriate age group.3. A separate form must be submitted for each family member. &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 4.&nbsp;Only 2 events are allowed per person.5. Important:&nbsp;The platform Zeffy.com may suggest an optional contribution. You can set this to $0 by selecting &ldquo;Other&rdquo;&nbsp;during checkout.6.&nbsp;If you are under 15 you must wear badminton googles on court.&nbsp;7.&nbsp;You are required to bring a proof of ID to the registration desk on tournament day for age/date of birth verification.8. Pre-order Food:&nbsp;Lunch will be served at noon followed by tea and snacks in the afternoon.9.&nbsp;Food availability on the event day is not guaranteed unless it is pre-ordered.10. Please wear indoor shoes while on court. Outdoor shoes are not allowed on the badminton court.11.&nbsp;A minimum of 4 registrations required for each category, in the circumstance where 4 registrations are not received, that category will be cancelled. (For example: if there are only 3 Men registered for Men&#39;s singles, Men&#39;s singles category will be cancelled).
