This is a two day conference: Friday, October 16 4:00-8:30 p.m. and Saturday, October 17, 8:00-4:00 p.m. Your registration helps us offer clear information, practical tools, and education that open the world of communication for attendees. Exhibitor FeeThe exhibitor fee is $150 per exhibitor organization and includes one exhibit table and two chairs, and conference meals for up to two individuals staffing the exhibit. &nbsp;Payment must be received by September 15, 2026 to confirm exhibit space. Exhibit SetupExhibitors may set up between 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. on Friday. Each exhibitor will be provided with one table measuring approximately [3&#39; x 5&#39;] and two standard chairs. Exhibitors may also bring their own tables and chairs if preferred. All displays, materials, and activities must be appropriate for the conference audience and consistent with the mission and values of HLAA Wisconsin. Sponsorship of the conference or exhibitor participation does not imply endorsement by HLAA Wisconsin of any product, service, organization, or viewpoint. HLAA Wisconsin reserves the right to refuse or remove exhibit materials or displays deemed inappropriate, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with conference objectives. Friday Schedule The Exhibit Hall will be open to conference attendees on Friday from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. The HLAAWI Board will meet in the Activity Room from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., followed by a presentation by Captify from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. A pizza buffet and salad bar will be available beginning at 6:30 p.m. Food and beverages may be consumed anywhere in the Jensen Community Center except the auditorium. Saturday Schedule Conference hours on Saturday will run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Doors open at 7:00 a.m. for exhibitor set up. A light breakfast will be available for attendees and exhibitors. Lunch will also be provided. A detailed conference schedule will be included in your registration packet. These times are subject to change. Please refer to the final conference program for the official schedule. Exhibit Location Tables for set-up will be available at 3:00 p.m. on Friday. Tables will be set up in advance and clearly marked with exhibitor names.&nbsp; Signage and Display Materials Wall signage is permitted only if it will not damage the facility. Painter&rsquo;s tape is the only temporary adhesive permitted for signage or displays.&nbsp; Internet and Electrical AccessWireless internet access may be available at the Jensen Community Center; however, HLAA Wisconsin cannot guarantee internet connectivity, speed, or uninterrupted service during the conference. Exhibitors requiring reliable internet access for demonstrations or transactions should plan accordingly and are encouraged to provide their own hotspot or backup solution if needed. Limited electrical access may be available upon request. Exhibitors needing electrical service should notify HLAA Wisconsin in advance so accommodations can be arranged if possible. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own extension cords, power strips, and related equipment. Building Access Exterior doors to the Jensen Community Center will lock at 9:00 p.m. on Friday evening. After that time, building access will not be available. Doors will reopen at 7:00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Cancellation and Refund PolicyExhibitors who cancel on or before September 15 will receive a full refund of the exhibitor fee, less a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received after September 15 are non-refundable. If the conference must be canceled due to circumstances beyond the control of HLAA Wisconsin, including severe weather, facility issues, public health concerns, or other unforeseen events, HLAA Wisconsin reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, exhibitor fees may be refunded in full or applied to a rescheduled event at the discretion of HLAA Wisconsin. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to <a fr-original-style="" href="mailto:hlaawistate@gmail.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">hlaawistate@gmail.com</a>&nbsp; Liability and ResponsibilityExhibitors are responsible for their own property, materials, displays, and personal belongings during the conference. HLAA Wisconsin, the Jensen Community Center, conference organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties shall not be liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury arising from participation in the conference or use of the exhibit space. Exhibitors agree to indemnify and hold harmless HLAA Wisconsin, the Jensen Community Center, conference organizers, volunteers, and affiliated parties from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from the exhibitor&rsquo;s activities, displays, materials, or conduct during the event. Exhibitors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and facility requirements.
