Hit the Streets serves through community outreach, youth development, and Medicaid waiver approved long-term support programs. Through initiatives like Feed The Streets, Game-changers , and community-based support services promoting self-sufficiency.

🚨Urgent Need: Help Us Feed &amp; Support Youth In Our Communities🚨 When school lets out for the summer, many youth lose consistent access to meals, structure, and basic necessities. For the families already struggling, weekends and summer days can bring added stress, food insecurity, an limited resources. That&#39;s why Hit The Streets Corporation created the Feed The Streets: Youth Summer lunch Pop-up. This mobile Outreach allows us to travel directly into under-served neighborhoods and provide youth with the essentials they need to stay nourished, supported, and prepared. Throughout the summer of 2026, we will serve youth on:June 20June 27July 11July 25August 15August 22At each pop-up, youth will receive:*Free lunches provided directly in their neighborhoods*Hygiene essentials to support cleanliness &amp; dignity*Feminine hygiene supplies for teen girls*Encouragement &amp; positive community engagement During the final August pop-ups youth will also receive school supplies to help them return to school prepared and confident. Our goal this summer is to serve 40 youth at each pop-up, but we cannot do this without community support.&nbsp;Your donation helps us purchase meals, hygiene items, and school supplies that directly benefit youth in neighborhoods that needs it the most.
