Our properties are very desirable and valuable. Your neighbors, working through the Hitchcock Lake Improvement Association, need your help in preserving and enhancing the quality of the Lake. Our biggest challenges are controlling weed growth and protecting the dam to maintain the health, beauty and recreational quality of the lake. Weed treatment and environmental surveys designed to help us maintain and improve Hitchcock Lake represent over 75% of our budgeted costs. Our taxes do not pay for this. Without everyone’s support, we will not be able to preserve the quality of the lake. Even if you do not swim, boat, or fish, we all benefit from a clean, healthy and beautiful environment, and the higher the quality of the lake, the more valuable our homes.Thank you for your support!
