Casting Call &ndash; Mother of Inmates Stage Play Actors are invited to audition for Mother of Inmates, a powerful urban stage drama based on the book by Teresa Tarpley. This emotional production tells the story of a mother forced to confront the painful consequences of her past as she reflects on how generational trauma, neglect, and difficult choices led to two of her children becoming incarcerated in the Texas prison system. The story explores accountability, redemption, and the possibility of healing within a fractured family. The stage play is written and directed by international award-winning writer, director, and producer Jeanette Greenwood and produced by Hot Shot Productions. Audition Date: March 28, 2026Location: JG Studios Company, 2200 Smith Barry Rd, Ste 214, Pantego, TXActors should prepare a 1&ndash;2 minute dramatic monologue and be ready for script readings.Audition slots are limited, and registration is required.
