Founded in 2020, the Lake Belton Stampede began with a vision—to build something meaningful through music. In just a few short years, that vision has grown into a thriving program that now represents more than 10% of the Lake Belton High School student body. What started as a new band has quickly become a source of pride, purpose, and connection for over 300 students.On the field, the Stampede has earned statewide recognition, qualifying for the UIL State Marching Competition every eligible year. In the concert hall, students continue to excel, earning placements in Region, Area, and All-State Bands, and advancing to the UIL State Solo & Ensemble Contest. But beyond the awards and accolades, this program is about something deeper—giving students a place to belong, to grow, and to discover their potential through the arts.As the Stampede continues to grow, so do the needs that support it. Instruments, uniforms, travel, hydration, and basic resources all play a role in creating the experience these students deserve. As a nonprofit-supported program, we rely on community partners to help make it all possible.Your support is more than a donation—it’s an investment in access to music education for hundreds of students.
