Her Optimize Employment Service System is a key framework that empowers organizations to align purpose, processes, and people to foster long-term employment outcomes.

We will be touching on various topics including a shifting labour market, where opportunities are emerging and insights on how employment inclusion-focused organizations can most effectively engage with businesses.

MSEN&#39;s next&nbsp;Lunch and Learn this year, Wednesday October, 2026 (noon CDT start via Zoom) will feature Joanna Goode,&nbsp;Executive Director of CASE (Canadian Association for Supported Employment).&nbsp;Title:&nbsp;Common Ground: A National Look at the Issues Facing Supported Employment in Canada Why attend:- Explore the national trends affecting our sector-Learn innovative approaches from service providers across Canada-Gain insights and tools to bring to your own work With close to 30 years of experience building organizations, teams, and systems that better serve their communities, Joanna Goode is a dedicated non profit leader rooted in a strengths based and relationship driven approach. Currently serving as the Executive Director of the Canadian Association for Supported Employment (CASE) and previously leading Facilitation Wellington Dufferin, Joanna has extensive expertise in strategic direction, training program development, and fostering cross sector collaboration. Holding a Master of Leadership and Community Engagement alongside an Honours BA in Exceptionality in Human Learning, Joanna brings a lifelong commitment to learning and inclusion to her advocacy for persons with disabilities.
