Thank you for supporting the MAPSWS Annual Distinction in Mentorship Awards. Since its establishment in 2015, this annual celebration has recognized companies, contractors, organizations, and most importantly, skilled trades professionals who dedicate themselves not only to producing high quality work safely but also to mentoring, guiding, and teaching the next generation of tradespeople across all sectors. This event is also the primary fundraising initiative for our not-for-profit organization, MAP Strategic Workforce Services Inc. Proceeds directly support apprentices through initiatives such as tool allowances, travel assistance, and networking opportunities.
