Metro Atlanta Urban Farm empowers communities in College Park through sustainable agriculture, education, and access to fresh produce, fostering healthy lifestyles and environmental stewardship.

Metro Atlanta Urban Farm, in collaboration with Clark Atlanta University School of Business and Economics, Impact DCD UMC, other faith- and community-based organizations, and non-profit leaders is igniting a movement to empower families and communities to become healthier and more resilient by growing some of their own food. We are on a mission to convene agricultural, faith-based organizations, non-profit organizations, community leaders, and changemakers in a united effort to combat food insecurity by equipping 250,000 households with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to grow some of their own food&mdash;fostering resilience, sustainability, and self-worth across generations. The 2026 Inaugural PLANTED Conference&nbsp;will be held on the historic campus of Clark Atlanta University in the Thomas W. Cole, Jr. Building, 223 James P. Brawley Drive, Atlanta, GA 30314.
