Welcome to Fall 2026 Frostbite registration!!Note: This form is for returning skaters ONLYParticipation Requirements:Provide your own gear (listed below)Pay the $140 registration feeFill out Skater Info Form and e-sign waiver, Code of Conduct and youth concussion policy (once per season)Name and pronouns of all participants will be announced to the teamRequired Gear and Safety Equipment to Participate:Roller skates (quads, NOT rollerblades/in-line)Dual-certified helmet (see our helmet guidelines)Knee pads (thick foam with hard shells, roller derby pads recommended)Elbow pads (with hard shell)Wrist guardsMouth guard (fitted & molded)Additional Equipment:Non-glass, sealable water bottle - please label with participant's name!Clothing that allows full range of athletic movementNo dangly/sharp jewelry or other potential safety hazardsAthletic shoes (for off-skates workouts and for game days)Practice Details:Fall Session practices run September 20th - December 13thPractices are:Sundays 2:00-4:00pmThursdays 6:00-7:30pmThere are no attendance requirements for this program; however, please notify us if a participant will miss more than 2 consecutive practicesFor competitive travel team skaters, we expect at least 50% attendancePractices are held in the Roy Wilkins Auditorium / Saint Paul RiverCentre in downtown St. Paul*If costs are a barrier to participation, please reach out to [email protected] prior to registration.Refund and Cancellation PolicyCancellations requested 7 days or fewer after the session's start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made more than 7 days after the session's start date are non-refundable.All cancellation requests must be submitted via email to [email protected] the session in full is canceled by Minnesota Roller Derby, participants will receive a full refund.
