The Rev. has earned a reputation as both a singularly compelling performer and a persuasive evangelist for the rootsy, country blues styles. They feature blues, rock, and Americana centered around the cello plus front woman Rebecca Roudman&rsquo;s powerful vocals. Their shows are very popular and always fun. In German a h&uuml;tte is a little cabin and, after more than a decade of saying, You don&rsquo;t have to go home, but you can&rsquo;t stay here.&rdquo; we are offering up an exception to that rule! Go ahead, have one more pint, you are home for the night! It&rsquo;s taken a while, but we have four little cabins made to support programming here on the farm and this year we are making them available to a few lucky guests.The spaces are simple but warm, safe, and dry. Two have a queen-sized bed and the other two have two twins (ok, one has a twin and a comfy futon). There is a pretty sweet deck out front and there will be access to nearby restrooms. Raffle tickets will be $20 a piece buy one or spend the same as you would on a local Airbnb to better your chances! Winners will be notified one week prior to Oxtoberfest, Friday the 25th, so that plans can be made. Are we worried about this, yes, we are! Some ground rules so that we don&rsquo;t regret this and are interested in offering it again in the future:1. &nbsp; &nbsp; There will be no more than two people per cabin, period, the end, got it?!?2. &nbsp; &nbsp; We are not trying to encourage drunken debauchery, BEHAVE! Anyone impacting another guest, neighbor or farm staff will be asked to leave immediately with police escort if necessary.3. &nbsp; &nbsp; Guests will not reenter event grounds after it has ended.4. &nbsp; &nbsp; Guests will not cross through, over, under, or around any gates or fences on the property.5. &nbsp; &nbsp; Any attempts to interact with musk oxen will result in either; a call to the next of kin or the police whichever is most appropriate under the circumstances.6. &nbsp; &nbsp; Respect the property of the nonprofit and remember what got you here in the first place.7. &nbsp; &nbsp; Cabins are no smoking or vaping, of ANYTHING!8. &nbsp; &nbsp; Have a great time, enjoy the unique space, and know that you didn&rsquo;t get on the roads after a pint or two! We will reserve one parking spot per cabin, so be sure to carpool with your guest.&nbsp; Every entry supports gentle husbandry and learning Proceeds fund guided tours, hands-on programs for local families and schools, and sustainable farming practices that keep musk oxen thriving on the landscape.

Oxtoberfest 2026 is the event of the year!&nbsp; Since 2015 we have been celebrating agriculture in Alaska by offering up a locally grown and locally crafted farm-to-table celebration. Nothing shouts &quot;Alaskan Grown!&quot; more than this Bavarian feast surrounded by natural Alaskan beauty. With locally grown potatoes in the potato salad, giant Palmer cabbage in the sauerkraut, Alaskan bratwurst, hand-crafted soft pretzels, and locally brewed beers, ales, and hard ciders, we bask in the support and creativity of our local businesses.
