健康活力工作坊：中老年人正確運動概念 📅日期： 2026年7月11日（星期六）🕑時間： 下午 2:00&ndash;4:00📍地點： Quinlan Community Center&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 10185 N Stelling Rd, Cupertino, CA 95014名額有限：80人（額滿為止） 主講人：蘇昭鳳 職能治療師 (Diana Ou MS OT CHT)蘇昭鳳畢業於台灣大學復健醫學系，來美後在南加大獲得了職能治療的碩士學位。四十多年的專業生涯，主要從事老人復健的工作。除了是加卅註冊職能治療師外，她在復健工作中進而取得了手部復健和吞嚥困難復健的特殊証照。除了臨床工作外，也參與許多醫療行政工作。她曾經擔任一家全國性公司 RehabWorks 西區的高級主管。二十多年前，她和友人曾經前後共同創辦 Ascendency 復健公司和一家醫療保健中心。她並擔任這家醫療保健中心的院長長達二十多年，直到退休。Diana Ou received her Bachelor degree in Rehabilitation Science from National Taiwan University. &nbsp;She moved to USA and obtained her Master degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Southern California in 1982. &nbsp;In her 43 years of professional career, Diana specialized in geriatric rehabilitation. &nbsp;She also got her specialty certification in Hand Rehabilitation and Dysphagia Rehabilitation. &nbsp;Diana was also engaged in Health Care Administration in her career. &nbsp;She worked as Regional Director for a nationwide company named RehabWorks. &nbsp;In 2001, she co-founded Ascendancy Rehabilitation Services. &nbsp;In 2003, she also co-founded New Valley Adult Day Health care Center. &nbsp;She worked as the Administrator for New Valley ADHC for 20 years before her retirement. 工作坊課程介紹：<ul fr-original-style="list-style-type: disc;margin-left:undefined;" id="isPasted" style="list-style-type: disc; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">中老年人的運動目標與需求，和年輕人有很大的不同。學習正確的運動觀念，不僅能提升運動效果，更能預防運動傷害、減少疼痛發生的機會，並降低跌倒風險，維持健康與生活品質。</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">本工作坊將介紹適合中老年人的運動原則與動作觀念，幫助學員提升身體靈活度、增進肌力與平衡能力，並學習如何保護關節、避免受傷。</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">課程將以投影片講解搭配實作示範的方式進行。講師除了說明重要觀念外，也會帶領學員實際練習，讓大家能立即體驗與應用所學內容。</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">此外，課程也將介紹 COBAN 與 Ace 彈性繃帶（Ace Bandages） 的正確使用原則，並示範手腕、膝蓋及腳踝等常見部位的包紮技巧，協助大家在日常生活與運動中更有效地保護自己。</li></ul>工作坊大綱：A. 中老年人重要運動要素&nbsp; &nbsp; 關節活動度（伸展）&nbsp; &nbsp; 肌肉強化，特別是核心肌群（阻力與重量）&nbsp; &nbsp; 平衡能力&nbsp; &nbsp; 心肺功能B. 八家將操C. 如何預防運動傷害D. 如何選擇合適的護具，以減輕疼痛並預防損傷E. 問答環節 工作坊須知： 1. 請穿著適合運動的服裝及鞋子 2. 請自備運動的水或其他飲料，以便隨時補充水分 3. 講師示範動作時歡迎錄影，但請避免拍攝到其他學員 報名成功後，你會收到確認報名的電郵。若沒收到，請查看電郵 &nbsp;scam folder 及確認報名時填的電郵正確。任何問題請連絡 email: president.ntuaa.nc@gmail.com

柏克萊加大 人文之旅
