This Giving Tuesday, Next Generation Playground is dreaming bigger and taking our mission on the road. For neurodivergent children and their families, finding a place to play where they feel safe, understood, and welcome can be hard. Some families can&#39;t easily get to us, so we&#39;re going to them. Your gift will help us buy, build, and outfit NGP&#39;s first Mobile Sensory Van. It will be a sensory-friendly play space on wheels that brings calming, engaging, inclusive play to schools, community events, parks, and neighborhoods across our region. Every dollar goes toward building the van from the ground up: the vehicle itself, the sensory equipment, lighting, seating, and the thoughtful design that makes it a space where every child can play without limits. Join the Challenge! Gather your friends, family, coworkers, or community group and start a fundraising team. Build the Van: Bring Sensory Play to Every Neighborhood

Kids Klub &ndash; STEPS (Speech Therapy Early Phonics) Kids Klub: STEPS is a fun, literacy-centered class created to help young learners build early phonics, language, and communication skills in a supportive and sensory-friendly environment. Led by a licensed Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), each session blends story time, movement, and hands-on play to make learning feel natural and enjoyable. Each class includes: <ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A themed read-aloud to build language and sound awareness</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Early phonics activities focused on letter&ndash;sound skills</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A sensory-based game paired with the book to support engagement, comprehension, and regulation</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Guided opportunities for communication, turn-taking, and social interaction</li></ul> 🌟 Session Details: <ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Held the third Saturday of every month</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Ages 2&ndash;8</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">9:00 am&nbsp;</li></ul> Whether your child is beginning to explore sounds or building early reading readiness, Kids Klub: STEPS offers a warm space to learn, grow, and connect through language. ✨ Each child must have their own ticket to participate. A minimum of 4 children is required to run the class. If fewer than 4 are registered, the class will be canceled, and families may switch to another session or receive a full refund. We can&rsquo;t wait to support your little learner&mdash;one step, one sound, one story at a time!
