ProjectChange is a Scottish charity helping people shape the decisions, services and systems that affect their lives. We work with care experienced people and organisations to make participation, co-design and lived experience involvement more meaningful, practical and useful. Through training, facilitation and collaborative projects, we help people talk, help organisations listen and make change happen together.
