The Easter Monday Gift Auction (EMGA) is the school’s largest fundraiser of the year! Traditionally, each class comes together to contribute toward a special class gift for the auction. These class gifts help provide the exciting “big prizes” that make the event so much fun for our guests—and encourage them to purchase even more auction tickets to try their luck! Last year, your 3rd grade class raised enough to contribute towards an inflatable kayak, which was a huge hit! This year, your 4th grade is collecting funds to purchase an inflatable paddleboard. Any additional funds generously donated will be used to either enhance this gift, support other exciting auction prizes, or help purchase scratch-off tickets for the popular “Waves of Luck” special raffle. Please consider contributing here through Zeffy, or by sending cash or a check (payable to the PTA) to school in an envelope labeled PTA. Kindly send donations by March 20. Thank you all in advance for your generosity and support!

Saint Peter School PTA Volunteer Opt-Out Program At Saint Peter School, every family is asked to support our community by volunteering at three (3) specific fundraising events each school year - the car raffle, the craft fair or 5k and the Easter Monday Gift Auction. These volunteer efforts are essential to the success of our largest fundraisers and help the PTA fulfill its annual commitment of $135,000 to support the school's operating expenses and enrich the educational experience for all students. We understand that work schedules, family commitments, and other obligations can make volunteering difficult. To provide flexibility, families may choose to participate in our Volunteer Opt-Out Program in place of volunteering. Opt-Out Options:

Annual Volunteer Opt-Out – $1,000 Satisfies your family's entire volunteer obligation for the school year. Families selecting this option will not be asked to volunteer at the Car Raffle, Fisherman 5K, Craft Fair, or Easter Monday Gift Auction.

Single Event Opt-Out – $350 per event Available for families who wish to opt out of volunteering for a specific event or who were unable to fulfill their assigned volunteer shift for that event. Single-event opt-outs are available for:

Car Raffle

Fisherman 5K/Craft Fair

Easter Monday Gift Auction

The opt-out fees are based on the approximate value of the fundraising support typically generated through volunteer participation at these events. By choosing this option, you are making a meaningful contribution that helps ensure the continued success of our fundraising efforts and supports the many programs and initiatives that benefit every Saint Peter School student. Thank you for your continued support of Saint Peter School and the Saint Peter PTA.
