The 1st Annual Lake Lewisville Dragon Boat Festival is officially accepting applications for food trucks, vendor tents, and Kid Zone participants! Join us on the shores of beautiful Lake Lewisville as we launch what we hope will become a beloved annual community tradition. This exciting festival will bring together dragon boat racing, live entertainment, families, local businesses, nonprofits, and community supporters for an unforgettable summer event. We invite food vendors, artisans, businesses, activity providers, and Kid Zone attractions to showcase their cuisine, products, services, and talents to attendees from across the region. Be part of the very first year and help us build something special from the ground up. Whether you serve incredible food, create unique products, or provide fun experiences for families and children, we would love to feature you at the festival.Proceeds from the event will benefit Serve Denton and Denton-Lake Cities Rotary Club, supporting programs and services that strengthen our local community. EVENT DETAILS &amp; EXPECTATIONS- Vendor setup begins at 6:00 AM- Vendors must be fully operational by 7:45 AM- Event organizers will limit duplicate cuisine types when possible- Vendors are responsible for all permits, staffing, and cleanup- No refunds due to weather or cancellation- Vendors agree to remain open during event hours unless approved otherwise&nbsp; AGREEMENTI understand and agree to comply with all festival rules and regulations. I release the event organizers, sponsors, and venue from liability related to participation in this event.
