Welcome to the Sioux Purr Cats Silent Auction 🐾 Your bids help fund the cost of adoption events like these, as well as life-saving care for felines in the Sioux Empire and Trap Neuter Return programs. Every item you win supports spay/neuter surgeries, medical care, and supplies for feral and stray cats. Thank you for standing with our all‑volunteer team and giving local cats a safer, healthier life. 🐱

Sioux Purr Cats Silent Auction

This is the sign-up form for the Sioux Empire TNR Coalition&#39;s Alter Assist program. 1. Pick a date from the list available and choose the amount of spay/neuter slots you will need. 2. You will be asked for some basic identifying information on the cats. If you do not know the sexes, choose unknown as the sex option. 3. For all Thursday dates, the drop off location is the Taco Bell located at 4100 West 12th Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. You will meet our organization President Mat Tougas, who will transport the cats to our veterinarian in Beresford for the surgeries. Drop off time is between 7:00 and 7:15 am. PLEASE NOTE, 7:15 is a hard deadline, if you are not there by 7:15 we will have to reschedule you to a future week. 4. You must bring the cats in SMALL INDIVIDUAL HARD-SIDED CARRIERS. Our transportation has limited space and we cannot fit large dog sized crates. &nbsp;We also cannot accept soft sided carriers. 2025 SETNR Poker Run

This is the sign-up form for the Sioux Empire TNR Coalition&#39;s Alter Assist program. 1. Pick a date from the list available and choose the amount of spay/neuter slots you will need. 2. You will be asked for some basic identifying information on the cats. If you do not know the sexes, choose unknown as the sex option.&nbsp; 3. Once you have paid and registered, we will email you the drop off location as it varies each week. You will meet our organization President Mat Tougas, who will transport the cats to the Sioux Falls Area Humane Society for the surgeries. Drop off time is between 7:15 and 7:30 am. &nbsp;Drop Off location is the McDonalds on North Cliff Avenue. 4. You must bring the cats in individual hard-sided carriers. SFAHS Sioux Empire TNR Coalition - Alter Assistance Program

It’s kitten season! Come meet some adorable kittens available for adoption at our Kitten Shower! We’ll have plenty of furballs to hang out with, sweet treats to munch on, beverages, fun "kitten shower" games, a raffle for a kitten fun pack and more!  Also, if you’ve ever been interested in fostering, we will have information and Q&A with current fosters. Our volunteers on-site will be happy to answer any questions you might have on fostering, volunteering, adopting, and TNR.   Cost of entry is just $10 and a donated item from our Kitten Shower Registry. 2025 SETNR Kitten Shower

Ready to meet your feline Valentine? We have the cuddliest group of single cats ready to mingle with you on Saturday, February 1st. Join us from 11am-2pm for brunch, festive mocktails, and a coffee bar with take-home cat mug. We’ll also show you how to put together a beautiful vase of (cat-friendly) flowers and craft Valentine’s themed cat toys.   Tickets are $40 (proceeds of which go to the Sioux Empire TNR Coalition to cover cat care costs). It includes an afternoon playing with cats, brunch and beverages, a ceramic cat mug, a cat-friendly flower arrangement, and handmade cat toys for your furry friend or to donate to SETNR foster cats.  In addition, we partnered up with Kelcey Schröder Photography for Valentine’s photo-ops of your feline friends!  In a separate room you can bring your own cats for a photo-op (Photos are signed up for separately through Kelcey Schröder Photography.)  You can sign up for one or both events! If you plan to do both please know your cats will need to be kept separate from the event side with the adoptable cats. Can I bring my own cat/kitten?No, we ask that you keep your own feline friends at home! But if you&#39;re looking for a friend for your cat (or dog!) we&#39;ll have plenty to meet! Can spectators attend the class?Unfortunately since we need to limit the number of people in the room to accommodate the kittens and our volunteers, only paid attendees can attend the class. This includes bringing children who do not have a paid spot. What is the minimum age to attend the class?The minimum age to attend is 6 years of age. Children must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian at least 18 years of age. Children must stay on their mat and focus on the yoga class. Where will kitten yoga take place?We are grateful to have Crunch Fitness located on Louise Avenue by the Empire Mall host us for this event. Who is teaching the kitten yoga class?Our wonderful instructor, Cassie Willett, will be teaching our kitten yoga class! What organization is the fundraiser kitten yoga class for?Sioux Empire TNR Coalition&#39;s mission is to foster community welfare &amp; improvement through protecting the quality of lives for feral &amp; free roaming cats. We utilize humane population control of unaltered feral, and/or abandoned domestic cats through education &amp; TNR (trap-neuter-return). Our first event in 2026 had over 1500 attendees with over 35 cats who found homes that day. We&#39;re hoping 2027 will be bigger and better! This family-friendly festival brings together cat lovers of all ages for a day filled with education, entertainment, and most importantly, the chance to meet adorable cats and kittens looking for their perfect match.
