To see it in person and place your bid, visit <a href="http://www.northpoledesign.com" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit" target="_blank">North Pole Design</a>'s Booth #423 and ask for Senan! Intarsia" What even is that?!  Intarsia is carving out individual puzzle-type pieces that have been pre-designed, cut (normally with a scroll saw) and puzzled together on a wood backer. Senan used a chainsaw to help expedite :) The original idea involved sheet metal and magnets on the back of each puzzle piece. Well that didn't work. Everything slid when it went vertical. Dang! Not enough metal! Plan B implemented resulting in a super cool wall hanger!  Come check out the puzzled-together-Chainsaw-Carved Ski Tiki up for auction!   Bid now, stay abreast of latest bids and win this thing! We'll ship it to you as part of your bid :) Let's GO! <img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/hxn9dbuhd/image/upload/v1745987078/wysiwyg/fiegpjik2atvqxogpnwr.jpg" style="width:600px;display:block;vertical-align:top;margin:5px auto;text-align:center;position:relative;max-width:100%;cursor:pointer;padding:0px 1px;user-select:none;box-sizing:inherit" />

NSAA Ski Tiki Auction

"Old Dan Winter" is being auctioned off through the generous efforts of Senan Gorman and his project @tikitaskforce, in collaboration with the Snow Angel Foundation. Dan Negrelli, of Canton CT, and Stockbridge, VT, tragically passed away recently, in fields of powder, leaving behind his loving wife and daughter.  Through the immeasurable grief, beauty has shown through. Senan carved this one of a kind, chainsaw carving in honor of Dan, and has offered it up for auction, with all proceeds donated to Karen and Keira.  Delivery will be included within a 180 mile radius of Canton, CT.  The carving is made of White Pine, stands roughly 5’ tall. It is braced in the back to prevent natural cracking & weather all the elements. (As Dan would say, there is no bad weather, just bad gear.)  Please see additional photos (provided by Matt Walas @ctd_design_photo) of the finished product, as well as a video of the carving process.   Go out, give back, and Be Like Dan! <img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/hxn9dbuhd/image/upload/v1741914408/tf3f4a2sccq7dlx6tgcn.jpg" style="width:600px;display:block;vertical-align:top;margin:5px auto;text-align:center;position:relative;max-width:100%;cursor:pointer;padding:0px 1px;user-select:none;box-sizing:inherit" /> <img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/hxn9dbuhd/image/upload/v1741914539/v27nolyemgtz78fo59ix.jpg" style="width:600px;display:block;vertical-align:top;margin:5px auto;text-align:center;position:relative;max-width:100%;cursor:pointer;padding:0px 1px;user-select:none;box-sizing:inherit" /> <img src="https://res.cloudinary.com/hxn9dbuhd/image/upload/v1741914570/yopgr5sxee73moq4a3xg.jpg" style="width:600px;display:block;vertical-align:top;margin:5px auto;text-align:center;position:relative;max-width:100%;cursor:pointer;padding:0px 1px;user-select:none;box-sizing:inherit" /> Please place your bids before the end of the auction!
