LXCL:Taplife Hero Foundation preserves and advances tap dance as an original American art form. We create opportunities for dancers and communities to experience, learn, and celebrate tap dance through classes, live events, and mentorship programs across the United States.

LIT &mdash; Learn. Inspire. Tap. At LIT, tap dance comes first! LIT Tap Dance Experience is a one-day immersive event created for students, teachers, and studio owners who share a passion for tap dance.LIT offers a full day of exceptional instruction, guided improvisation, faculty discussions, and opportunities to connect with members of the local tap dance community. The day concludes with the Participant Showcase, where those who choose to perform share their work alongside performances by our faculty in a welcoming environment that celebrates artistry, creativity, and community. Join us for a day of learning, sharing, and meaningful connection with tap dance. The Evening Experience: Beyond Your Classes We encourage everyone to stay and enjoy the evening experience, including shared viewing of historic and contemporary tap performances, faculty Q&amp;A, and the LIT Talent Showcase. Whether you choose to perform or enjoy the showcase from the audience, this is an opportunity to celebrate tap dance and support the artistry of our community. As the evening concludes, the LIT Talent Showcase provides dancers of all experience levels with an opportunity to share their work in a welcoming, tap dance-filled environment.
