Please Read all Before purchasing Ticket&nbsp;Official Rules for The Tennessee Trail Reverse Raffle&nbsp;Presented by the Anderson County Chamber Foundation &nbsp;SPONSOR INFORMATION. The Anderson County Chamber Foundation (&ldquo;Sponsor&rdquo;), a Tennessee non-profit corporation, is conducting a reverse raffle under authorization from the Tennessee General Assembly and the Tennessee Secretary of State.&nbsp;PROMOTION PERIOD. Tickets for the &ldquo;The Tennessee Trail Reverse Raffle&rdquo; (the &ldquo;Raffle&rdquo;) may be purchased from June 15, 2026 through October 14, 2026 at 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (the &ldquo;Raffle Period&rdquo;). Sponsor&rsquo;s computer will be the official time-keeping device for the Raffle.&nbsp;THE RAFFLE DRAWING. The winning ticket will be selected by a random drawing at The Anderson County Chamber Of Commerce (&ldquo;Drawing&rdquo;) located at 500 North Charles G Sievers Blvd Clinton, TN 37716. The Drawing is open to the public and will begin at 6:00 pm on October 14, 2026, and will end at 9:00 pm on October 14, 2026. The last ticket drawn will be declared the winner of the Side by Side. The winner will be notified via email if not in attendance.&nbsp;THE PRIZE. There will be several small prizes announced throughout the Drawing on October 14, 2026. The grand prize for the last ticket drawn, will be a Side by side Provided By Tommy&rsquo;s Motorsports valued at $19,999. All federal, state, and local taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted. However, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole option, to substitute a prize of comparable value.&nbsp;ELIGIBILITY. The raffle is open only to persons who are legal residents of the United States of America and are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Employees of Sponsor or their immediate family are not eligible to participate or win a prize in the Raffle. No groups, clubs, or organizations can participate in the Raffle or submit entries on behalf of the group, club, or organization. Sponsor reserves the right to verify to its satisfaction the eligibility of any entrant.&nbsp;PURCHASING TICKETS. Tickets may be purchased at the office of the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce located at: 500 North Charles G Sievers Blvd Clinton, TN 37716. You must provide all required information in person or via the designated sections and/or pages of the Official Website to be eligible to enter and win. Incomplete, illegible, corrupted, or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Tickets may be purchased for twenty-five dollars ($25) for one ticket or one-hundred dollars ($100) for five tickets. There is no limit to how many tickets may be purchased per transaction or by any one individual&nbsp;DISPUTES. Each participant agrees that: (i) In the event a dispute arises out of or relates to these Official Rules, or the breach thereof, and if the dispute cannot be settled through negotiation, the parties hereby agree first to attempt in good faith to settle the dispute by mediation before resorting to litigation or some other dispute resolution procedure; (ii) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Raffle, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall only take place in a federal or state court within the State of Tennessee; (iii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited solely to actual out of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in the Raffle; and (iv) under no circumstances will a participant be entitled to incidental, compensatory, enhanced or multiplied damages, or consequential or punitive damages, or attorney&rsquo;s fees. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of each participant and Sponsor in connection with the Raffle, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions (whether of the State of Tennessee or any other jurisdiction), that would result in the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Tennessee.&nbsp;USE OF INFORMATION. The information participants provide to Sponsor will be used to communicate with participants regarding this Raffle and as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules.&nbsp;WINNER&rsquo;S IDENTITY AND OFFICIAL RULES. A version of the Official Rules will be available at the Anderson County Chamber of Commerce&rsquo;s office located at:500 North Charles G Sievers Blvd Clinton, TN 37716 The names of the prize winners will also be available at the Sponsor&rsquo;s office from October 15, 2026 to October 31, 2026.&nbsp;LIMITED USE OF OFFICIAL RULES. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Raffle at any time and substitute another promotion in its place. All rights reserved. Raffle participants are hereby authorized to copy the Official Rules solely for the participant&rsquo;s personal use and not for any other commercial purpose whatsoever.&nbsp;
