2026 Carroll Creek Unplugged

Primary event date: Sunday, May 25th - 7:00pm <a href="https://globalzrecording.org/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit" target="_blank">The Global Z Recording Project</a> is launching our first annual community musical performance event and fundraiser, <a href="https://globalzrecording.org/current-projects/carroll_creek/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit" target="_blank">Carroll Creek Unplugged</a>. It's truly a fun musical event like no other, and we want you to be there! If you like to sing or play an acoustic stringed instrument, you gotta be there! All ages and levels of musicianship are welcome :-) The event is open to the public - registration is free, but required. This is Global Z's annual fundraiser, so if you have the ability to make a donation to our nonprofit, your generosity will be most appreciated. It is important that each participant review the participation terms and conditions (see Assorted Details) before registering. For any participant under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must acknowledge and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions on their child’s behalf.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Due to space limitations, participants may not bring cases for musical instruments to the amphitheater.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Participant shall not bring or use the following prohibited items: weapons of any kind, drones, fireworks, sparklers, or firecrackers, animals other than service animals, alcohol or drugs.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Participant acknowledges that participating in the event may bring risk of damage to personal property, including musical instruments, and risk of personal injury associated with live music performance. Participant assumes all such risks. Participant releases Global Z, its officers, volunteers, and agents from any liability for personal injury or property damage, including damage to musical instruments, resulting from participating in the event.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Global Z, its officers, agents, and volunteers against any claims, losses, damages, or liability arising out of participating in the event. This indemnification obligation shall include, but is not limited to, claims brought by third parties for personal injury or property damage, claims related to the participant’s conduct during the event, and any claims arising from the participant’s breach of these terms and conditions.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Global Z and its partners may use the digital images, printed images, likeness, and audio/video recorded images and files (images) in publications including printed and electronic publications, publicly accessible social media, and web sites for promotional, commercial, or other purposes. If the participant is under the age of 18, the participant’s parent hereby consents to the release, broadcast, distribution, and performance of the music at Carol Creek Unplugged without limitation, and the use of the  participant’s name, image and likeness, in connection with publicity and advertising of Carol Creek Unplugged, and the Parent expressly releases Global Z, its licensees and assigns from any and all claims which may arise out of said broadcast, exhibition, distribution, or performance.</li><li style="box-sizing:inherit">Participant has carefully read these entire terms and conditions.</li></ul>
