LXCL:The MelaDen is a sanctuary created by and for Black people, including those in the LGBTQ+ and BDSM communities, whether their identities intersect or stand alone. We provide a safe, affirming space where individuals can explore identity, intimacy, and liberation without fear or shame. Through education, community care, and radical acceptance, we honor our roots, embrace our desires, and build a home where every part of us is seen, respected, and celebrated. A relaxed, no-pressure space to meet members, potential members, and community Elders. Enjoy drinks, light bites, and great conversation while getting a feel for what The MelaDen is all about.We&rsquo;re discounting the membership application fee for anyone who decides to join during the event! Plus, everyone who attends gets a raffle ticket for our next giveaway&mdash; and an extra ticket if you complete your application on-site. Come as you are, connect, and unwind with us.

The Den&#39;s Solstice: Community Honors is The MelaDen&#39;s inaugural annual celebration, marking our first year of building spaces for connection, joy, and community. Join us for an intimate evening featuring dinner, entertainment, and the recognition of the people, partners, and supporters who have helped shape our journey. Designed to bring our community together in an atmosphere of warmth and elegance, the Solstice is both a celebration of what we&#39;ve accomplished and a reflection of the future we&#39;re creating together.Because this is a curated experience, seating is limited and available while space remains. For the pleasure, power, and protection of our people.

The Den's Solstice: Community Honors

Join us for our Annual MelaDen Game Night &mdash; a free community event celebrating connection, laughter, and play. We&rsquo;re opening our doors to welcome friends, family, and future members for an evening of games, good vibes, and shared joy.Whether you&rsquo;re into classics like Spades and Dominoes, group favorites like Uno and Jenga, or something new, there will be plenty of tables to join in. This night is about more than just winning &mdash; it&rsquo;s about building bonds and starting traditions together. ✨ Special Perks:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Apply for MelaDen membership during the event and your application activation fee will be reduced.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Every attendee will receive a raffle ticket for a chance to win a community gift basket!</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Member applicants will receive a bonus ticket.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The raffle will be pulled at 8:30 PM &mdash; must be present to win!</li></ul>Food and non alcoholic beverages will be provided.Come curious.
