Make an Impact.The Standard Institute is built by people who believe young men deserve mentorship, support, and real-world experiences that help prepare them for adulthood.Throughout the year, we invite community members to volunteer alongside us at TSI Mentorship Program experiences, Field Days, community events, and other special activities.Whether you have one evening, one Saturday, or simply want to lend a hand when you're available, your time matters. Choose an upcoming opportunity to join us.How It Works1. Choose an opportunity. Select an upcoming event that works with your schedule.2. Reserve your volunteer spot. Volunteer registration is free, but space is limited based on the needs of each event.3. We'll follow up. You'll receive additional information about arrival time, responsibilities, and anything you need to know before the event.Because our programs serve minors, additional screening or requirements may apply depending on the volunteer role and level of interaction with participants.

The young man is taking the step. You can help remove the barrier.Sometimes a practical barrier can stand between a young man and his next opportunity. Through the Miami Love Workforce Lab, young men ages 13–21 can receive practical support connected to employment, education, or training opportunities. Your support can help provide an interview or work outfit, a haircut, transportation assistance, or support for the Lab itself.Prefer to give a gift card?Approved e-gift cards and physical gift cards can also be used to support specific resources.
