The TDRFEC Men&rsquo;s Support Group is a safe, judgment‑free space where men can speak openly about life&rsquo;s pressures&mdash;whether it&rsquo;s mental health, relationships, grief, financial stress, or navigating major life transitions. Rooted in the mission of the Timothy D. Robinson Foundation Enrichment Center, the group creates room for honest conversation, shared experiences, and meaningful connection🤝. This support group is part of TDRFEC&rsquo;s broader Men&rsquo;s Support &amp; Wellness Program, designed to address the emotional and social challenges many men face in silence. Through guided discussions, peer support, and wellness‑focused education, participants gain practical tools for managing stress, improving well‑being, and strengthening personal growth. Men are encouraged to share at their own pace&mdash;every voice is valued, and every story matters. Rooted in TDRFEC&rsquo;s mission of personal growth and holistic well‑being, the program offers mentorship opportunities, community‑building activities, and monthly workshops on mental health, healthy habits, and stress management. Together, these efforts create a supportive, stigma‑free environment for men in the Metro Detroit community to learn, heal, and grow. You&rsquo;re welcome here exactly as you are.

It&#39;s an event like no other, and we want you to be there! 🎉 Reka and Quazzy will be hosting a couple&#39;s stretch session where you can spend 75 intimate minutes connecting with your partner. Pulmonary Fibrosis & Interstitial Lung Disease Awareness Dinner & Educational Night

Join our 2026 Metro Detroit Community Pulmonary Fibrosis Walk &amp; Fair as a vendor and help create a welcoming space for patients, families, caregivers, medical practitioners, and all affected by Pulmonary Fibrosis through education, wellness, and connection. 🌳 By signing up, you&rsquo;ll share your products, services, or resources with Metro Detroit community members who care about holistic well-being and community support. 🎪 TDRFEC&rsquo;s mission is to offer real opportunities for growth and belonging&mdash;your table adds another way for people to learn, explore, and feel included. In total, it only costs $15,000 to host this walk and allow the community free entry and for money raised by the community to go towards research for PF. TO ensure we can do so, we are charging vendors for their spaces, to ensure that we have everything guests need for a full experience!
