Welcome to our online fundraising auction. Each item you see here has been generously donated by our community of supporters, partners, and sponsors. Every dollar raised goes directly to supporting the mission of&nbsp;Watch Love Grow. When you place a bid, you&rsquo;re doing more than winning something beautiful or meaningful. Watch Love Grow SILENT AUCTION RULESWatch Love Grow (&ldquo;WLG&rdquo;) is registered as a North Carolina nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) charitable organization with the IRS. &nbsp;The silent auction will be conducted for the purpose of generating operating funds for WLG.Attendees may participate in the silent auction by bidding on silent auction items online. &nbsp;By bidding on an item, the attendee agrees to pay their bid amount if their bid is the highest bid for that item. &nbsp;The deadline for bidding is February 6, 2026, at 8:45pm Eastern. &nbsp;Winners will be announced shortly after the end of bidding. &nbsp;TAX OBLIGATIONS: Winners are responsible for all applicable local, state, and federal taxes. &nbsp;Winners may be required to provide proof of legal ID and complete a prize claim form for WLG. &nbsp;This is charitable silent auction compliance and will not be released for any other purposes.INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMIT ON LIABILITY: As a condition of accepting an auction item, winner acknowledges that WLG is not responsible for any harm, injury, or damage caused to any person or property, proximate or otherwise, through the use of any prize by any person, and agrees to save and hold harmless WLG, its principals and employees from any claim of such responsibility.GENERAL: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older. &nbsp;Silent auction purchases are tax deductible for the excess of the purchase price paid over the item&rsquo;s fair market value. &nbsp;All sales are final. &nbsp;No refunds. &nbsp;By entering the silent auction, participants agree that WLG, its agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from the award. &nbsp;Silent auction items are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. &nbsp;WLG may use winners&rsquo; names and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation. &nbsp;WLG reserves the right to cancel or modify the silent auction. &nbsp;All decisions of WLG are final and binding in all matters related to the silent auction. &nbsp;Odds of winning are based on the total number of bids for a particular auction item. &nbsp;Void where prohibited. &nbsp;The silent auction is subject to the laws of the State of North Carolina. &nbsp;WLG is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the advertising and/or any printed, broadcast, or internet-provided materials or information.By participating in the silent auction, participants agree to be bound by these rules and by all decisions of WLG. &nbsp;
