Her teachings are deeply rooted in movement and healing, and she is committed to honoring yoga’s ancient traditions—focusing on unity, compassion, and service.After completing her initial training in Calgary and further studies at YogaWorks in New York, Sara went on to found a Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga School. She is incredibly grateful for her ever-growing community and is guided by the belief that yoga is a journey toward recognizing the divine within ourselves and others.
