On February 22nd, the Heart of the Community Heart Walk will take place at the newly remodeled Eco Center at Ridge Ferry Park. This celebration will highlight the Heart of the Community honorees, as well as the grant recipients for 2025, followed by a Heart Walk through the park. We want our community to show up in full force supporting our LGBTQ+ loved ones, and what better way to unite us than a PFLAG Rome tie-dye shirt! Join us on Thursday, February 13, from 5-8pm to tie dye your own PFLAG Rome shirt for the occasion! We've got Manny Torres, an expert in dying, to help everyone through the process of creating a shirt that is perfect for YOU! You'll be able to take your shirt home and it will be ready to wear for the Heart Walk on February 22nd. Proceeds from this event support the ongoing work of PFLAG Rome. Can't make it on the 13th? Reserve your shirt and our tie-dye expert will create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece for you to be picked up or delivered following the event!
