🦩 How It WorksOur flock of flamingos is on the move! With a small donation, you can send them to surprise a friend’s yard. They’ll roost for 24 hours before migrating to their next stop. Don’t want them nesting at your place? Flock insurance is available! Flocks start landing April 1, 2026 and migrate home on May 2nd, 2026. 🦩 Flock the Yard Fundraiser RulesNo Flamingo-Napping – Please don’t move the flamingos yourself. Our volunteers will handle set-up and removal. A card will be left with the recipient to should they need them removed earlier. Flight Path is Random – Flamingos will migrate to yards chosen by request forms or at random from the flock list unless a specific date is purchased. Flock Insurance is Available – Don’t want flamingos in your yard? You can “buy insurance” to keep them away. Insurance prevents new flocks from landing, pre-scheduled flocks can't be stopped.Duration – Each flocking lasts 24 hours before the birds migrate to their next yard. Example, if they land on Monday they'll relax on Tuesday before flying off on Wednesday.No Permanent Nesting – Flamingos are not for keeps! They will continue their journey around the community.
