Open Door Worship Center

Open Door Worship Center fosters spiritual growth and community connection through worship, education, and outreach. We aim to empower individuals and families, promoting faith, love, and service to uplift our community and beyond.

The Senior Women Pastors Retreat is a time for seasoned women in ministry to rest, reflect, and gather strength for the work God has placed in their hands. Together, we will share honest conversation, prayer, and practical support, creating space to listen for God’s voice and for one another. This eveny is open to Senior Women Pastors of all denominations.

Senior Women Pastors Retreat

We are delighted to invite you to join us in celebrating Rev. Dr. Frances Snelling Teabout for her 5·15·30 Milestone Celebration – honoring five years of pastoring the St. John’s Baptist Church (Jersey City); fifteen years as founder and pastor of Open Door Worship Center; and thirty years of faithfully preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ. For thirty years, Dr. Teabout has given herself fully into communities and congregations, into lives and institutions. She has led with grace, served with excellence, and remained steadfast through every season – reflecting God’s love in the church, the community, and every sphere of influence He has called her to. We gather to honor a servant leader and to glorify the God whose timeless grace has been her portion through every season.
