Join EmpowerHER Collective Inc. for a free Virtual Lunch and Learn grounded in Dr. Marva Tutt&#39;s RECLAIM&trade; Voice Liberation Model &mdash; a powerful framework designed to help Black women reclaim their voice, their presence, and their power in leadership spaces. In this 60-minute session, Dr. Marva Tutt, Voice Liberator and Scholar-Practitioner, will guide you through honest reflection, collective healing, and courageous reclamation. Together we will name what has silenced us, examine what suppression has cost us, and practice showing up with the clarity, conviction, and bold authenticity we were always meant to carry. What you will experience in this session:Grounded exploration of the RECLAIM&trade; Voice Liberation Model. Honest reflection on what has silenced you in leadership spaces. Examination of what suppression has cost you professionally and personally. Practice using your voice with clarity and conviction. A sacred space for courageous reclamation alongside other Black women. This session is free, virtual, and designed specifically for Black women ready to stop shrinking, stop softening, and start saying what needs to be said. Space is limited. This facilitated session offers a safe, affirming space for participants to connect with one another, share resources, and process the emotional and professional impact of workforce disruption. Whether your transition is recent or ongoing, this gathering is designed to meet you where you are with care, dignity, and understanding. Through guided facilitation and community dialogue, participants will have the opportunity to reflect, listen, and engage in ways that feel supportive and grounding.
