Grateful James Day 2026: Pajamas for Heart Warriors Each year around James&rsquo;s birthday, we celebrate his life by giving back to the place that cared for him so lovingly&mdash;Cincinnati Children&rsquo;s Hospital. Last year, our Grateful James Day initiative provided toys and activities to bring joy to children and families in the Heart Institute. This year, we&rsquo;re excited to partner with Luxie Charm, an infant clothing company that creates specialized pajamas designed for hospitalized babies. These pajamas feature thoughtful openings that allow medical lines, wires, and monitoring equipment to pass through safely while keeping babies comfortable and dressed with dignity. Many infants in the Cardiac ICU spend weeks or even months in the hospital fighting congenital heart disease. These pajamas provide comfort not only for the babies wearing them, but also for parents who want to see their child dressed in something soft, cozy, and made specifically for their unique needs. Thanks to the incredible generosity of Luxie Charm, we are able to purchase these pajamas at a 50% discount, allowing us to maximize every donation. Each pajama costs approximately $18.Our goal is to provide as many pajamas as possible to the Heart Institute at Cincinnati Children&rsquo;s Hospital and support the tiny heart warriors receiving care there. Whether you sponsor one pajama or several, your donation will directly help bring comfort to hospitalized babies and their families.
