Since this first national event, our all-volunteer grassroots organization has been on an astonishing upward trajectory, growing into its own as a platform that aims to address the critical need for positive representation while cultivating affirming spaces for both leadership development and community joy. Trans USA 2026 aims to dismantle the silos that too often isolate us and instead cultivate a bold coalition of grassroots leaders, culture workers, healers, and advocates.
