🌱 Try Winter Sowing This Season! 🌱 Winter sowing is an easy, budget-friendly way to grow strong seedlings outdoors using recycled, ventilated containers as mini greenhouses. Nature does the work through freeze-thaw cycles, naturally cold-stratifying seeds for healthier growth. No grow lights, no hardening off&mdash;just hardy plants ready for early spring planting! 🌼 What to Expect: Master Gardener trainee Mallory will provide soil, seeds, and one jug to get you started.Participants are welcome to bring extra jugs and/or seeds of their own choosing. Please make sure jugs are at least semi-transparent so sunlight can get through. Come learn a simple, sustainable gardening technique and leave with your own winter-sown seeds ready to grow! 🌿
