Driven by talent, discipline, and an unshakable belief in possibility, Alexandro is proving that the “impossible” dream of professional racing can be achieved by leveraging performance, persistence, and platform. Rooted in proud Latino heritage, Alexandro draws inspiration from his family’s immigration story—one built on resilience, sacrifice, and relentless ambition. Powered by Purpose. At just 15 years old, Johnie Stamps has already emerged as one of the top young karting drivers in the country, earning multiple wins and championships while competing against the best in his class. But what truly sets Johnie apart isn’t just his speed—it’s how he thinks. As a student pursuing engineering, Johnie approaches racing with both precision and purpose. Every lap is analyzed. Every adjustment is intentional. Whether it’s tire pressure, chassis balance, or grip, he understands that performance isn’t accidental—it’s engineered. For Johnie, racing is applied science in motion. Each session becomes an experiment—testing, learning, refining—pushing himself and his machine to new limits in real time. He isn’t just learning how to drive fast; he’s learning how to understand speed. What makes his journey even more remarkable is how it began. Johnie is a first-generation racer, coming from a family with no background in motorsports and no access to the traditional racing pipeline. There were no shortcuts, no built-in opportunities—just passion, commitment, and belief. At five years old, during a visit to a local indoor karting track, Johnie stepped out of his kart, looked at his father, and said: “Dad, I want to race against people my age.” That moment sparked everything. With no roadmap to follow, his family built the journey from the ground up—learning the sport, making sacrifices, and investing time and resources to support his dream. Today, that same foundation of dedication continues to fuel his growth as he balances school, engineering studies, and the demands of elite competition. Through his partnership with BNEVO, Johnie’s journey extends far beyond the track. Together, they are connecting motorsports with STEM education, opening doors for underserved communities, and inspiring the next generation of engineers, drivers, and innovators. In a sport where diversity remains limited, Johnie represents a powerful shift—a new generation of African American drivers helping redefine what the future of motorsports can and should look like. Now, as he prepares to transition from karting into car racing—a critical and resource-intensive step—the opportunity exists to support a rising talent at a pivotal moment.
