The Idaho City Chamber of Commerce fosters community spirit and supports local businesses through events like the Gold Rush Rodeo, celebrating western heritage while promoting economic growth and collaboration among residents and businesses.

Vendor registration is now open for the Gold Rush Rodeo, happening Friday, June 26th and Saturday, June 27th in historic Idaho City. This exciting rodeo weekend is a great opportunity for vendors to showcase their business, food, products, and services to rodeo attendees, community members, visitors, and families coming into town for the event. Vendor spaces are available in the following sizes: 10&rsquo; x 10&rsquo; Booth: $200.0010&rsquo; x 20&rsquo; Booth: $300.0020&rsquo; x 20&rsquo; Booth: $400.00 All vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, signage, equipment, quiet generators, and any other items needed to operate. No electrical power or water hookups will be available, and all vendors must be fully self-contained. Required documentation must be submitted with the vendor application, including an Idaho City Vendor License for each day of operation.&nbsp;Please note that vendors are responsible for remaining compliant throughout the entire event. Vendor setup will take place Friday between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM only. Late setup will not be permitted. Vendors must be fully operational no later than 5:00 PM each night and are required to remain open until at least one hour after the event concludes. All booths must maintain a clean and professional appearance. Glass bottles and glass serving containers are strictly prohibited. The Gold Rush Rodeo is a rain-or-shine event, and vendors are responsible for preparing for changing weather conditions. Alcohol sales are limited to pre-approved exclusive vendors only, and no additional alcohol vendors will be approved. Vendor breakdown may begin no earlier than one hour after Saturday night&rsquo;s performance concludes or by 9:00 AM Sunday morning. Vendors are fully responsible for removing all trash, grease, debris, and materials from their assigned area before leaving. Vendor spaces are not guaranteed until both a completed application, all required documentation, and payment have been received.

Gold Rush Rodeo Food Vendor Registration

The Gold Rush Rodeo is hosted by the Idaho City Chamber of Commerce, a community-driven, commerce-focused non-profit organization. Held the last weekend in June each year in Idaho City, Idaho, the rodeo is centered on strong competition, youth involvement, and providing a quality experience for both contestants and spectators. Attendees can expect a full weekend of rodeo action featuring competitive events, local and regional talent, and a family-friendly atmosphere. The Gold Rush Rodeo is designed to support the rodeo community while also contributing to the local economy and businesses in Idaho City. Pre-sale tickets are available for those looking to secure their spot early for this annual rodeo event while also saving money on admission. General Adult tickets are $10 when purchased in advance, compared to $15 at the gate. Veterans, seniors, first responders, and active military can purchase pre-sale tickets for $8, with day-of gate pricing set at $10. This event will bring together artists, makers, vendors, residents, and visitors for a fun and welcoming weekend in the park. With art, handmade goods, community energy, and strong local support, Art in the Park is designed to create a memorable experience for both attendees and participating vendors. This is a great opportunity to showcase your business, connect with locals and tourists, and be part of the beginning of what we hope will become a lasting Idaho City tradition. Vendors offering art, handmade items, specialty goods, boutique products, food, and other quality merchandise are encouraged to participate. Vendor space is limited and will be assigned upon approval and receipt of payment. By registering, vendors agree to comply with all event rules, setup and teardown requirements, and any applicable licensing or permit requirements. Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth setup, tables, chairs, tents, power needs, and any other materials necessary for their space unless otherwise arranged. This growing community event is a great opportunity to promote your business to locals, tourists, and classic car enthusiasts alike. Vendor spaces are 10&rsquo; x 10&rsquo;, and all vendors must provide their own tables, chairs, tents, signage, and power if needed. The vendor fee is $50, and all vendors are also required to obtain a separate Vendor Permit through the City of Idaho City. Vendor spots are not guaranteed until both payment and a completed application are received.

3rd Annual "Gold on Main" Car Show Vendor Registration

Car registration is now open for the 3rd Annual Gold On Main Car Show on Saturday, June 6, 2025, from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Main Street in historic Idaho City. This growing community event is a great opportunity to showcase your vehicle and be part of a great day with locals, tourists, and fellow car enthusiasts. All registered vehicles will be displayed on Main Street, and participants are asked to arrive during the designated check-in time, which will be provided closer to the event. The registration fee is $25 per vehicle. Registration is not considered complete until both payment and a submitted application have been received.

Vendor spaces are available at the following rates: Vendor Booth &ndash; 20&rsquo; x 10&rsquo; Space:&nbsp;$200 for both days Vendor Booth &ndash; 10&rsquo; x 10&rsquo; Space:&nbsp;$150 for both days Current Idaho City Chamber of Commerce members will receive a $20 discount on their registration.All vendors are required to participate on both days of the event. Single-day registrations will not be accepted. Vendor check-in begins at 8:00 AM on Saturday, October 3rd.
