Support Earth Fest. Join the Community. DeKalb County Earth Fest is a free, family-friendly community festival welcoming over 1,000 neighbors and 50+ mission-aligned vendors to share practical, hopeful local climate action. To help cover event costs and keep Earth Fest accessible to everyone, we invite vendors to make a suggested donation when reserving a table. Donations are appreciated, but not required to apply or participate.If cost is a barrier, please feel free to skip it - we&rsquo;re glad you&rsquo;re here.

DeKalb County Earth Fest - Vendor Suggested Donation

Thank you for bringing your organization to Earth Fest! We look forward to this day of learning, building community, and taking action.  Earth Fest is an all-day, open to the public event and we hope you will attend beyond the expo! <a href="https://www.decarbondekalb.com/earth-fest-2025" style="text-decoration-color:initial;user-select:auto;box-sizing:inherit">View the full schedule here</a>.  The expo is 11AM - 2PM. Parking is free and accessible, and load-in/load-out will be a breeze with volunteers and access to a loading dock at the south end of Founders Memorial Library. Earth Fest Expo Reservation

Register now to win up-cycled bikes and local gift cards at Earth Fest! The first annual DeKalb County Earth Fest is April 18 at the Egyptian Theatre. The event kicks off at 4:30pm with an eco-social featuring EVs, a plant-based food truck, local resources, kid zone with STEAM activities, live community art project, live music, cash bar, and lots of good news about NIU and DeKalb County organizations are fighting for climate adaptation.  At 6:30pm the regional premiere of the documentary Common Ground will be screened in the theatre, followed by a Q&A with local regenerative agriculture experts.  The giveaway drawing will take place at 6:30pm before the documentary screening. Winners must be present to claim prizes! Can't wait to see you at Earth Fest!
