🌱 H.O.M.E Hub Wellbeing Taster Afternoon 🌱 Join us for a nourishing afternoon of movement, breath, and rhythm as we launch our H.O.M.E Hub Wellbeing Taster Afternoon &mdash; a chance to slow down, reconnect, and experience powerful wellbeing practices in a safe, inclusive community space. This event is designed to give you a taste of what H.O.M.E is all about: supporting mind, body, and soul connection. No previous experience is needed &mdash; just come as you are 💚 🧘 What&rsquo;s IncludedYou can choose to attend individual sessions or immerse yourself in the full afternoon experience. ✨ Tai Chi &ndash; 1 Hour A gentle, flowing practice that supports balance, mobility, relaxation, and mental clarity. Suitable for all abilities. 🌬️ Breathwork &ndash; 1 Hour A guided breathwork session to help calm the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. 🥁 Drum Circle &ndash; 90 Minutes&nbsp; A powerful, inclusive group experience using rhythm and sound to encourage expression, connection, and collective energy. Spring Solstice Family Fun &amp; Wellbeing Day&nbsp; Join us at the H.O.M.E Hub for a Spring Solstice Family Fun &amp; Wellbeing Day &mdash; a relaxed, welcoming community event focused on connection, kindness, and togetherness. As the days grow lighter, this event is about bringing people together in a way that feels natural, supportive, and real. At the heart of everything we do are our core virtues: Helping &bull; Overcoming &bull; Motivating &bull; Exploring We believe that when people feel seen, heard, and valued, healing begins.&nbsp; This day has been created to offer a safe, inclusive space for families and individuals of all ages to enjoy time together, meet others, and connect with their community. - Family-friendly activities and games - Creative and wellbeing spaces - Local stall holders sharing their passions, crafts, services, and lived experiences - Community groups and individuals coming together to support and uplift one another Throughout the day, there will be opportunities to help one another through simple acts of kindness, overcome challenges by standing side by side, motivate each other through encouragement and shared moments, and explore wellbeing, creativity, and connection in a way that feels comfortable and welcoming. This is more than just a family fun day &mdash; it&rsquo;s about slowing down, reconnecting, and reminding ourselves that community matters. Everyone is welcome. Come as you are. Bring the family.
