Cottage bookings are offered in defined 4-night WEEKEND or 3-night WEEKDAY blocks so we can plan maintenance and stewardship of the property, which happens in between guests! You are welcome to book multiple blocks back-to-back if you would like a longer stay. Our block rates are based on a fee of $150 per night during the LOW-SEASON (May, June, September and October) and $180 per night during the HIGH-SEASON (July and August, including up to Labour Day in September). HST is included in the block price. In an effort to keep costs lower for our guests, we don't charge a cleaning fee, but we do ask that you leave the cottage clean, in the same condition of your arrival. This helps to minimize the amount of time our staff have to spend cleaning between guests, so they can spend more time on conservation work!We charge a $150 security deposit per visit. This amount will be fully refunded if the cottage is left clean and undamaged at check-out. If the cottage is left excessively dirty, we may withhold a portion of this deposit to cover our extra cleaning time. We have very rarely needed to do this as we have benefited from a conscientious community of guests that generally leave the rental cottage in great condition. Thank you for supporting nature!
