Community Care Access Fund
The Community Care Access Fund, led by The Touch Institute, exists to remove financial barriers to therapeutic care for individuals and families who would benefit from medically informed massage but may not otherwise be able to afford it.This fund supports access to compassionate, skilled care for people navigating medical complexity, caregiving strain, chronic stress, or limited financial resources. Grants are awarded thoughtfully, with respect for dignity, privacy, and individual circumstances. When a grant is approved, services are provided through Thrive Medical Massage, our for-profit care partner. Thrive Medical Massage takes no percentage of grant funding. Every dollar donated goes directly toward expanding access to care and supporting the individuals and families this fund serves. This structure allows the nonprofit to focus on equity and access, while care is delivered by practitioners trained to work slowly, safely, and collaboratively alongside existing healthcare when appropriate. How Your Donation HelpsYour support may provide:Complimentary therapeutic massage servicesReduced-cost care over a defined periodAccess to medically informed practitioners for individuals facing financial hardshipFunding availability determines the number of grants awarded, making community support essential to the sustainability of this program.
