Grants are only made to institutions; not to individuals (exception: Luce Scholars Program). | Typically must be a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) organization or an international equivalent. | Non-U.S. organizations advancing to proposal will be asked for an Equivalency Determination (ED) certificate from NGOsource. | The Foundation does not support healthcare or medical initiatives, disaster relief, or international development projects. | The Foundation does not support political parties, political campaigns, lobbyists or any political activities. | The Foundation does not contribute to annual funds, fundraising events, endowments, or building campaigns.
