FRIENDS OF THE RUSSIAN FOUNDATION FOR
About this foundation
The U.S. Russia Foundation was founded in 2008 to support a better future for U.S.–Russia relations by strengthening the private sector, civil society, and expertise on Russia. USRF supports independent media, the rule of law, education, entrepreneurship and scientific expertise inside and outside Russia. The foundation lists three funding priorities: Rule of Law; Media & Free Enterprise; and Civil Society & Expertise, and selects proposals on a competitive basis with grants executed via a grant agreement. Applicants must have a track record and at least a two-year financial history. The site directs applicants to a Temelio portal and provides a [email protected] contact for inquiries.
Funding focus
The U.S. Russia Foundation welcomes project proposals from organizations both in the United States and abroad that seek to advance our mission within three areas of funding priority: the rule of law, media & free enterprise, and civil society & expertise.
